Welcome to einaregilsson.com 
. My name is Einar Egilsson, I´m a 30 year old icelandic software developer. I’m currently living in Denmark and working at Deltek, where I work on a resource planning program called People Planner. I moved to Denmark in 2007 to do my Masters in Computer Science at the Technical University of Denmark, and finished in the summer of 2009. Before I moved to Denmark I developed financial software for two years at OMX in Iceland after finishing my B.Sc. in computer science from Reykjavík University in 2005.
I set up this website mostly to keep track of my various small programming projects. I usually have 2 or 3 small side projects going, often extension or plugins for other software like Visual Studio, Firefox or WordPress. Most of the code for the projects can be found on my Github page. I also try to write down any useful tips, tricks or obscure fixes that I find and think might be useful for other developers.
